Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Xplore Solar, LLC ("Xplore Solar," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects information when you visit www.xplore.solar, use an Xplore-branded form or scheduling experience, request information, communicate with us or otherwise interact with our services.

This policy applies to Xplore Solar's website and associated Xplore Solar lead, qualification and appointment experiences. A third-party solar provider, installer, utility, financing provider or other company may provide its own privacy notice when you interact with it directly.

Calls, texts and email

When you provide a telephone number and submit a form containing communication consent language, you authorize Xplore Solar and service providers acting on its behalf to contact you about your request by telephone call or text message, including through automated technology where permitted. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

You may opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP. You may request help by replying HELP. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the unsubscribe link in the message. We may still send non-marketing communications needed to respond to an active request, administer an appointment or provide legally required information.

We may disclose personal information for the purposes described in this policy to:

  • Solar providers, installers, financing providers and other project participants that may evaluate, quote, design, install, service or support an available solar option.
  • Technology, hosting, customer-relationship management, communications, scheduling, analytics, advertising, security and professional-service vendors working for us.
  • Government agencies, courts, regulators or other parties when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or security.
